Hello!

My name is Stephanie Dean and my husband Craig and I are the owners of Open Air Properties LLC. I finished Flight School in February 2024, and have surprised even myself with the success I have found in this business!

In my career I have always been a mentor, trainer, “general helper” for others who were on the journey with me. My career in Supply Chain and Analytics have given me plenty of opportunities for learning and teaching. We don’t advertise properties for wholesale often. Pretty much just once a quarter. I like to offer some properties at Boot Camp, because I know that there are many people who are just getting started and need to “get into a county” and get going. Wholesale and Land Arb purchases are how we got started, and it definitely worked for us.

On our wholesale website you won’t find giveaway “steals”, because we are selling these properties for retail ourselves. We are not doing clearance to get out of the counties you see here. But you WILL find fair prices, and properties that we have fully vetted for Due Dilligence and a clear title history. We are happy to work with you on bundles, because I remember (all the way back to last October…) how eager I was to get my 5-7 properties, and the gulp I took to take the plunge and invest that money all at once.

After only 6 months, we now have over 30 properties in our inventory (and growing daily), and we consistently sell 5-7 properties a month.
By year end our goal is for 50 properties in inventory and 10+ sales per month.
It is achievable, and you can do it too! If you have been sitting on the sidelines trying to find your spot to jump in, boot camp weekend is the perfect time. Just take the plunge and do it!
