Would you like to learn more about investing in undeveloped land?

Ask to join our investor education sessions! Starting in March 2025, we will have calls on Saturday morning for each county to learn about the specifics of the county.

We’ll discuss:

• utilities setup - costs and resources
• new properties coming into our inventory - you get the first peek!
• neighborhood features for our properties
• creative funding options that we have found useful in our own investor journey

This is a great way to get comfortable with the process. We view these as education events and do not “sell” during these events.
